It was year 2 of the raging COVID pandemic. Johnson & Johnson’s Contract & Compliance Services team was feeling the toll from months of critical action requirements. They needed a combination of inspiration, motivation, and leadership development.
We worked with key executives to identify their greatest challenges. Key among the challenges were burnout, a sense of under appreciation, and a need to reinforce leadership development across their organization. To address these challenges, Ben developed a workshop that focused on:
- Celebrating their successes
- Capturing examples of gratitude
- Guidance for developing leaders
The top 50 leaders of Johnson & Johnson’s Contract & Compliance Services team were provided a custom booklet as optional, pre-reading material, 2 weeks ahead of the presentation. The workshop included those 50 leaders as well as key executives from connected departments.
